Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your All Time Low gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our returns portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
